XXYYXX continues to release some interesting material over his bandcamp. Yesterday he released Mistify. Another good release from this new, but already much respected producer. Just listen to LSD Dream Theatre track in this release, it’s something new and very interesting stuff i can listen to this over and over again.

Young producer (17) from New York A S V H I released an EP not long ago named D R 3 V M R $. Just now i had a chance to listen to it. And it made me to write something in this blog. Maybe it’s because last night i had a long 10 hour sleep and EP name advised me to listen to it.
As i wanted to know more about this artist i came across his nice tumblr blog where you can scroll down a lot of nice pictures also :) . One of them i will borrow for this post… Also check his souncloud page as i feel there will be more in near future.
The D R 3 V M R $ EP has quite slow, mellow, chilled flows enriched with spacey hip hop beats that is mostly suitable for lazy days (or mornings) like this, after a long sleep. Best track for me is sunset.

This is really nice beginning of the week. Another very good release reached my ears. This time debut, self-titled LP from XXYYXX released today by Relief in Abstract Records . And it is very strong and versatile album. Ranging from garage, post-dubstep, beats in the mood of chillwave. I was surprised by this album quality in all and how it is sampled. I think this kid will reach the top and will find the place in everyone hearts and ears. And i know what music blogs will write about this week :) .
XXYYXX is the name of Orlando, FL’s 16 year old producer, Marcel Everett. He’s been compared to James Blake, Clams Casino, and Star Slinger. Marcel works out of his own bedroom studio and creates beats as his main focus. His music has been featured on XLR8R, The Needle Drop, Earmilk, Indie Shuffle, BIRP and many more. Now he is creating harmonious music that provokes emotion and transmits vivid images of peace and still sadness.

It’s time for Dinosaurus dance! As today i had pleasure while listening to Dinosaurus Rex tunes. I had some weird flashback and remembered when i was very young kid and dancing till the dawn in mid ’90s to the tunes like Stardust – music sounds better with you :) at the parties (one that i remember now). It’s not the same with Dinosaurus Rex, but you can feel this vibe when listening to it. There is strange feeling that soulful, funky house was chopped into pieces, sampled and was put together in some strange, but nice and light way.
There are already two releases by mysterious Dinosaurus Rex this year in his bandcamp, so i suggest to listen to it, both releases are great and fun to listen to.

I think many of you already know artist named Sloslylove, i like it very much. This time i want to introduce his side project named orchids&flowers. This project represent lighter, more beatless, more ambient side of Eau Claire based artist. Two short ep’s was released in march so i suggest to try it out, both.
